Each morning I read for inspiration for my day and stop when words touch my heart. As I begin to write my morning prayer, thoughts break free in ways which delight and illuminate. Are my prayers words to or from God? What does Baruch ata adonai mean? This is the beginning of every Jewish prayer. You could say Dear God or whatever way you begin a prayer.
